9. Campaigns and appeal management

If you’re looking to extend the functionality of your Salesforce system you often need to look no further than the Salesforce AppExchange. Similar to using an app on your mobile device to give new functionality to your phone, an app from the AppExchange can easily extend the capabilities of your Salesforce system. 12. Connect to external systems
Do you have a system you love for collecting online donations or managing events? Or do you leverage an email marketing tool to send mass emails?
