A project is always developing and growing, especially in the early stages. New information and requirements will surface throughout the project lifecycle. Our approach embraces these unknowns, allowing us to address them in a pragmatic way — minimizing impacts to budget and timeline.
We manage all of our projects using an adaptive methodology, which is a traditional System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with embedded agile constructs. When we create the project plan with your team, we document all milestones, organize the backlog across the milestones and develop sprint schedules. We utilize a process called RAID, which stands for Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions, to monitor and control these items throughout the duration of the project.
Our project management process is built on communication, not only within our own team, but with our organization partners as well. RAID creates transparency between Redpath and your organization and incorporates the appropriate controls throughout the duration of the project. The purpose of RAID is to drive decisions and manage risks.
