What can the Sales Cloud do for your business? Episode 1

Salesforce Sales Cloud, with its core Customer Relationship Management (CRM) features, addresses many common business challenges. One of those is “Lead” management.

Often called “prospects” or “suspects” by some small and mid-size businesses, Leads can easily be searched for and imported into Salesforce with just a couple of clicks thanks to Data.com which is built right into the Sales Cloud.

Salesforce helps you find Leads with Data.com and brings them into Salesforce for you. Once a lead is in Salesforce, it can then be worked to assess lead quality, i.e. “Is it a hot lead?”, and then you can score the lead with customizeable lead scoring criteria.
