Redpath’s 2018 Roadmap

2017 was a big year here at Redpath! We brought on 11 new Salesforce rockstars in 2017, helping us grow to a larger size than ever before. We officially declared a vertical focus in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry, allowing us to break into an underserved market and expand our capabilities as a Salesforce partner. Because of our growth and need to scale effectively in 2018, we broke our delivery team into four focused capabilities: Nonprofit; Sales, Service & HLS; Development & Communities; and Marketing Automation.

We also continued to work on our company culture, rewarding our hardworking employees with baseball games, lawn bowling happy hours, and 4 volunteering events throughout the year.

Looking ahead into 2018, we plan to continue our growth trajectory, both in terms of team size and overall capability – we are setting our sights higher than ever! We are excited to continue growing and continue to be a great place to work for our employees. This year, we launched our first ever all-company skills development program, partnering with an outside professional development organization to help give all of our employees the tools they need to excel here at Redpath.

In 2018 we are furthering our commitment to Salesforce’s 1:1:1 model by providing all employees with an additional day of time off to volunteer at an organization of their choice. We are also planning an additional 4 company volunteering events throughout 2018, to help keep us connected to the nonprofit market that we serve.

In 2018 we will experience growth across nearly all areas of the business, so keep an eye out on our careers page for open positions! We will be looking for both leadership and consulting roles throughout this year in the areas of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Health Cloud, & Marketing Automation.
