Joel Erickson, Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, Joel employs creativity and consultative experience to help Redpath’s clients grow and thrive. He leverages his agile project methodology skills to implement Salesforce in ways that truly transform how our clients do business—laying the foundation to meet and exceed their goals. Joel has more than 20 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business architecture, program management, project management and technology.

Paul Parsons, Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, Paul works directly with Redpath clients as the first line of support to gather and communicate Salesforce requirements requiring deep analysis—ensuring end users are gaining value from implemented solutions. In addition to more than a decade of experience as an analyst and consultant, Paul’s background in enterprise sales and software gives him a unique advantage to analyzing business processes.

Samantha Pandey, Salesforce Consultant

With a strong background in accounting and business, Samantha understands how to leverage the full power of the Salesforce platform to transform business processes for our clients. She is a seasoned Salesforce administrator with several years of experience. Her favorite part of consulting is helping clients improve internal processes so they can reach their goals and training users on how to effectively use Salesforce.

Sathya Balasubramaniam, Nonprofit Salesforce Consultant

Sathya is a certified Salesforce professional with extensive experience in CRM administration, business analysis and customer support. Guided by customer-centric principles, Sathya has worked with clients in a variety of industries including nonprofits, healthcare and computer technology. She loves using her Salesforce talents to support the growing needs of Redpath’s nonprofit clients. Outside the office, she also stays connected to her local nonprofit community through volunteerism.

His diverse background in a variety of developer languages and software tools gives him a well rounded approach to solving business problems.
