Data Checkup
Your organization’s overall data health will be reviewed and analyzed and any top pain points will be documented.
Leveraging custom, in-house tools such as our Data Quality Monitor, custom Apsona Filter Set, and our Enhancement Manager to prioritize and track work, we will identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and redundancies in your datasets. With our extensive knowledge of using Salesforce standard reporting, we will identify and track data quality issues.
Recommendations
We will complete a deep dive into 3 core objects of your choosing (for example, Accounts, Contacts and Campaigns) and a lighter review on the rest.
Some examples of areas we will evaluate include:
- Validation Rule recommendations
- Field usage findings
- Field type analysis
- Page Layout Recommendation
- Lightning Page Recommendations
- Data Quality Findings
- Help Text gap analysis
- Picklist Dependency opportunities
Prioritized problem solving
Once the analysis and recommended changes are complete, we will work with you to determine which high priority item(s) we can complete with the remaining Fastpath time.
The remaining identified changes will be compiled into dashboards and we will provide a recommendation on how to prioritize your backlog of items. By systematically prioritizing the backlog, teams can ensure that the most critical and high-priority items are addressed first, leading to more efficient workflows and quicker delivery of key functionalities.
