Redpath Consulting Group adds new Senior Director focused on growth and expanding Salesforce relationships

MINNEAPOLIS, MN  – November 6, 2023 – Redpath Consulting Group (Redpath) has named Chad Dorshorst as Senior Director for Go-To-Market and Alliance Strategy effective August 21, 2023. Dorhorst will have accountability for driving Redpath’s overall Go-To-Market and Alliances strategy by maintaining key relationships at Salesforce, supporting sales team members by aligning the Go-To-Market strategy with key Salesforce initiatives, and ensuring Redpath is recognized as a top tier partner that delivers high quality value and service. Dorhorst will report to Chief Executive Officer, James Smale. This new Senior Director role will be responsible for substantially increasing Redpath’s capabilities to grow and expand its footprint across the Education and Nonprofit verticals within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Dorshorst joins Redpath Consulting Group after spending nearly four years working at Salesforce.org and the Salesforce Education Cloud team. During his time at Salesforce, Dorshorst drove Go-To-Market and solution strategy for recruiting and admissions as well as executive and continuing education. 

Dorshorst is also an experienced Salesforce implementation consultant and previously served as a Project Lead and Solution Architect for several enterprise transformation projects at large public universities and top-ranked business schools. Additionally, Dorshorst possesses ten years of experience directly in higher education at Ball State University and Indiana University where he built and led online and graduate programs.
