COVID-19: Our resolve to support you remains strong
The news surrounding COVID-19 is still changing daily, and we at Redpath are aware of the impact it has on our clients’ lives, both personally and professionally. In this time of uncertainty, we are focused on protecting the health and well-being of our associates, clients and their employees.
As a critical partner to your business, we will continue to serve you with the same level of quality and connectedness. Security, safety and well-being are integral to our business processes and services, and we have taken steps to enable our staff to work from home, limit all business travel and collaborate closely with our clients.
Staying connected in any environment
Redpath was founded on the belief that innovative technology exists for the purpose of helping organizations make a positive impact on the world. Today, our commitment to this mission and ensuring customer success has never been stronger. Here are a few ways our team is staying connected both internally and externally:
- Increase the Chatter. For Salesforce customers, Chatter is an out-of-the-box feature that empowers teams to easily collaborate on accounts, sales opportunities, service cases, campaigns and projects with embedded apps and custom actions. At Redpath, we also have an all-company Chatter group to help our team stay connected, share ideas, brainstorm on specific topics and maintain the same fun, upbeat culture as when we’re in the office (warning: funny memes, GIFs and selfies are required!)
- Hosting town halls. To help our staff feel safe, secure and informed, we’re hosting virtual town hall meetings with our entire company weekly. This casual forum allows our team to come together as a collective group, and discuss any questions, concerns or needs with leadership.
- Smile for the camera! We’re encouraging video conferencing as much as possible with both our team and clients to maintain Redpath’s high-touch approach to customer service. These face-to-face (virtual) meetings help us communicate more effectively and feel more connected — bedhead, pajamas and bored young meeting crashers yelling in the background are all allowed!
Going forward
As the days go on we will continue to monitor this situation and shift workloads or resources as necessary to ensure we’re meeting any special needs or requests from our clients during this fluid time.
