James(Jim) Smale is the Co-Founder and CEO. His career spans more than 30 years of technology, program management, Global IT infrastructure and business leadership focused on driving business growth, strategic thinking, leading high performing teams and creative problem solving for businesses. He has held a variety of key roles with the following companies Autodesk, Northwest Airlines, Fallon, Cargill, UHG, Ameriprise.
His leadership and execution skills have been honed by over 30 years of solving complex business, technology, and system integration challenges. He has a proven track record for achieving results and business value creation that drives sustainable growth. His industry experience ranges from software, transportation, agriculture, healthcare, financial services and professional services.
Minnesota is home however James lived in California before going back to his roots. In James’s free time he enjoys crossfit, yoga, and a variety of outside activities. If there was an internet connection in the woods you would find him there. He also loves spending time with family, friends and looks forward to more road trip adventures in the future.
