OUR STORY

Built in the Midwest, for the work that matters.

Redpath Consulting Group was founded in 2008 in Minneapolis by Paul Selway and James Smale, with a simple idea: build a people-first professional-services firm in the Midwest — one with the energy and culture to draw a curious, diverse team and a genuinely different way of delivering consulting.

The name comes from a small village on the Scotland–England border that Paul traces his family to. Redpath means “reedy passage,” and ties to a family coat of arms: “Good rede is the path to success.” Good counsel, the right path — it's still how we think about the work.

Since then we've stayed focused on the nonprofit and education sectors, building scalable Salesforce solutions and the strategic support that keeps them useful. We aim to be a trusted, outcome-focused partner — and to stay close to the communities we serve.
