Redpath is proud to announce that Paul McKeon has been promoted to Client Services Director. In his new role, Paul will lead Redpath’s growing team of consultants responsible for delivering tailored client solutions with the highest quality while leveraging the full power of the Salesforce platform. He is also part of the leadership team that sets the strategic direction of Redpath.
“Paul’s wealth of knowledge in software and service organizations combined with his leadership experience makes him a perfect fit for this role,” said Redpath CEO James Smale. “His commitment to client success and growth will play a key role in supporting Redpath’s vision.”
Paul joined Redpath in January 2019 as a Salesforce consultant, and has worked with many clients implementing incentive compensation management (ICM) and configure price & quote (CPQ) solution integrations with Salesforce. Paul has also held several leadership and consulting roles for some of the world’s leading technology companies, including Tableau, Infosys and IBM.

Paul is originally from the Midwest, and recently moved to Minneapolis from California. He has enjoyed experiencing the “real” winter sports and activities unique to Minnesota, and is also an avid sailor in the warmer months.
